Every chapter of my career has been connected by a single thread: helping people and teams grow. As a public school special educator, I learned how to meet individuals where they are. As a multilingual guide, I experienced firsthand the power of cultural intelligence and communication. As an organizational consultant and PhD candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I now apply these lessons to leadership and team development. The settings have changed, but my purpose has remained the same.
