A single thread has connected all chapters of my career: helping people and teams grow. The settings have changed, but my purpose has remained the same.

I am a PhD candidate in Industrial–Organizational Psychology and a full-time employee at Culture Amp, where I translate employee data into research-backed actions for clients with hundreds to thousands of employees.

Academically, I focus my studies on experiential learning and moral-centered leadership, with a particular emphasis on how experiential learning styles may influence leadership outcomes for multicultural teams.

Through Bespoke Bay, Coaching & Consulting LLC, I’m piloting the Analog Leadership Institute™, an experiential leadership development program that embraces the tradition of sailing as a living laboratory to shape modern leaders. Sailing creates conditions of uncertainty, responsibility, and embodied decision-making that cannot be replicated by AI or classrooms.

The goal of my work is simple: help individuals and organizations learn more effectively from experiences to lead with calm clarity towards an uncertain future.
