My name is Matt Kurkjian, the passion behind of Bespoke Bay Coaching & Consulting LLC.

I am a PhD candidate in Industrial–Organizational Psychology and a full-time employee at Culture Amp, where I consult business leaders of companies with hundreds to thousands of employees on I/O psychology best practices.

Academically, I focus on experiential learning and ethical leadership, with a particular emphasis on how experiential learning styles may influence leadership outcomes for multicultural teams.

Through Bespoke Bay, Coaching & Consulting LLC, I’m piloting the Analog Leadership Institute™, an experiential leadership development program that embraces the tradition of sailing as a living laboratory to shape modern leaders. Sailing creates conditions of uncertainty, responsibility, and embodied decision-making that cannot be replicated by AI or classrooms.
